Cider House kits by RJS Craft Winemaking produce light, refreshing ciders with bright fruit flavour and a clean finish. These ciders are typically lower in alcohol (around 4.5–6%) and are designed to be easy-drinking and approachable.
Each kit yields approximately 23 litres and is bottled into about 45 × 500 ml bottles. Production time is generally shorter than wine, with a typical turnaround of about 3–4 weeks.

- Apple – classic cider profile, crisp and balanced
- Pear – lighter, smooth, and slightly softer in acidity
- Mixed Berry – fruit-forward with a blend of sweet and tart berry flavours
Additional flavours are available by order.
Ciders can be customized to suit your preference, including adjustments to sweetness (dry to sweet) and level of carbonation.
Best served well chilled, these ciders are well suited for casual drinking, warm weather, and entertaining.
