Hi Jim, thanks for contacting us. I have checked all my suppliers and unfortunately I cannot get Trebbiano at this time. They have produced it in the past as a limited release product, but nothing currently. After doing some research however, I have read that Trebbiano is similar to an un-oaked chardonnay in flavour profile. If you wanted, we could try this and adjust the sweetness and acidity level to your tastes.
